Shipping costs

We have a flat rate of $10 shipping within Australia for orders under $150.

All orders over $150 attract complimentary shipping.

If you would like to receive your delivery in record time please select the Express Post option which is $25.

Shipping timing & delivery

We ship all our orders via Australia Post which we find reliable and relatively fast. Most of our orders are picked and packed within 2 to 3 business days of purchase, unless they are pre-ordered items or personalised items.

During busy seasonal periods delays may occur. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding during busy times.

• same state orders will arrive within 2-4 business days
• Interstate orders will arrive within 3-6 business days.

Seasonal periods will vary and we do our best to communicate lead times through our newsletters. 

Do you ship worldwide

Yes, we can ship overseas. Please contact us at phoebe@papierdamour.com.au for a custom shipping quote.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind purchases or on sale or seasonal items. We are reasonable where we can be. We are often happy to exchange items for a different colour or style within a reasonable time period. However please note that we sell predominantly seasonal items that can not be returned after Christmas.

We will of course accept a return of a damaged or faulty item. Please contact phoebe@papierdamour.com.au within 7 business days of receiving your item to discuss returns.
