Timings

• Once you place an order and we receive the wording and a 50% deposit you will receive the initial proofs within 4 working days.
• In some cases you will receive your initial layouts in a shorter time period.
• Any changes you require sent via email, will be revised and sent back to you within 24 hours. We prefer to receive any changes via email correspondence.
• Once we receive the final sign off from you, your invitations and stationery will be printed within 14 working days. Please allow time for revisions to be made.
• If your invitations need ribbon tying and/or calligraphy you need to allow an additional 3 to 4 working days for each service.
• If you require your stationery order to be fast tracked then you will incur a surcharge if we are able to accommodate your request.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - DON’T GET CAUGHT SHORT

•  Always allow for at least 10-20 spare invitations (or more for larger orders) as reprints must be for the minimum quantity of 40 items.
• It is better to have plenty spare than to be just 1 or 2 invitations short and have to incur the cost of reprinting 40!
